Annual chorizo fest

Farmers, get your pigs ready for the most delicious festival of the year! In January, we organize the annual chorizo fest. As you know, this is the opportunity to show off your finest meat. Come tradition, there will be a contest to determine which farmer produces the tastiest, and best quality chorizo sausage. Only the 20 bestselling farmers get to participate in the contest. This year, the winner will be receiving more than just a prize fund. The best farmer will become the regular supplier of the new leader after the elections. Which is a great honor.

Not to be worried, other farmers are also allowed to sell their chorizo at the festival. There will be 200 booths available for vendors. The rent for one booth will be 600 Tates. To join the festival and rent a booth, you can email: thelight@targia.com.

This year we’ve added a new competition to the festival. We as a country have some of the strongest men out there. And what do strong men need? A lot of food, of course. That’s why come this year there will be a chorizo eating contest. The man who can eat the most sausages in one sitting will get a year's supply of chorizo. So to all our strong men: you'd better start practicing now!

The festival will take place in New Jende at Andrews park. It starts at 10 AM and ends at 12 PM.
