Woman streaks during a football match and now faces a minimum 10-year prison sentence for her presence in the stadium.
A truly sad event occurred in last night’s football game between Razzia FC and Olaru City. A woman was seen in the stadium during the final minutes of an exciting match. The security had done a terrible job keeping out all women as she was only noticed in the closing seconds of the game.
And how.
The woman in question entered the stadium using her son's identity card. Of course, she was also dressed like a guy, wearing an oversized jacket to cover up her bosom. Bystanders described her behaviour as atypical and anti-social, as she did not sing along with the club song nor the national anthem. In hindsight, of course, this proved logical since a female voice among 40,00 tenor voices would stand out. What makes this event beyond remarkable is how she managed to undress without having alerted security and men present in the stadium before climbing over the fence and running over the pitch.
The consequences
Streaking is something we have already seen more regularly on our pitches, partly because it is not punishable in our country. According to our legal code, even women can walk on a football field during the course of the match with impunity. The prosecutor therefore explains this legal lapse as a result of another article. Be it the prohibition of women in sports facilities. Consequently, the criminal code will also be corrected as soon as possible. Of course, the woman herself will not get off with a warning. Indeed, the presence of a woman in a sports facility carries a minimum penalty of 10 years.
The message
One could begin to wonder why anyone would risk entering a place knowing this would ensue in jail sentence. Well, the woman is said to have a message tattooed on her behind. What exactly that message was is unclear, as the cameras were not allowed to capture her on camera by the Targian Football Association. Some witnesses claimed that it had something to do with women's rights, an absurd proposition it seems.
